NOSE

Intense, rich and complex, it is subtly highlighted by notes of exotic fruits and mashed strawberries. A light smokiness comes out, enhanced by the sweetness of marmalade and pastry notes, emphasized by the coffee bean.

PALATE

In the mouth, this Single Cask reveals beautiful notes of camphor combined with the sweetness of ripe fruits (banana, mango and pineapple). Cereals and spices follow, enhanced by roasted and peppery aromas.

FINISH

Unusually long, the richness of the mouth is found in the finish. Spicy and smoky, it evolves on notes of sugar cane.
