Armorik Single Malt “Team Spirit” is a single cask taken from cask n°8234 which had previously contained Savennières AOC. This Loire white wine, 100% chenin, brings its richness and fruitiness to the Armorik distillate.
Distilled in October 2015 and bottled in September 2021 at 48.7%.
It takes its name, “Team Spirit”, from the selection process for this barrel since each member of the Armorik team gave their opinion on 3 different samples.
NOSE
Intense fruitiness, balance between lightness and elegance. Aromas of very juicy white peach, fresh apricot, with hints of light vanilla and gunflint.
PALATE
A lively attack followed by sweetness, with notes of honey and fresh fruit (sour pear). We then find the minerality of the nose.
FINISH
Warm and oaky, on vanilla and oak.
