Armorik Festival du Chant de Marin is an exclusive edition bottled on the occasion of the eponymous festival organized in Paimpol on August 4, 5 and 6, 2023.

Distilled in January 2020, it was aged in double maturation, in 1st fill Sherry casks (#3838 – Sherry Spanish oak) and in STR Sherry casks (8255 and 8256). Influenced by the aromas of Sherry and the exotic notes of the STR barrels, this Armorik develops its character accompanied by fruity and woody notes inviting you to travel.

Distilled in January 2020, bottled in April 2023.

NOSE
Opulent and intense, it showcases oak and sherry. Notes of candied orange and pear illustrate the fruity character of the spirit, before evolving towards cocoa and caramelized peanuts.

PALATE
On the palate, this Armorik is lively and sweet. The palate is sweet, with orange, mint and green wood. At the end of the mouth, a touch of plum jam appears accompanied by vinous notes.

FINISH
The finish is long, roasted, on coffee and cane syrup.
