After the successful launch of our first peated whisky in 2020, we were excited to unveil our innovations in this whisky range.
For experimental purposes, the Yeun Elez peated distillate has been matured in a wide variety of casks, each as different as the other. With this limited edition, Armorik presents you the outcome of an unusual aging process.

This limited edition of our Yeun Elez is a Small Batch of Sherry Butts, 80% American Oak and 20% Spanish Oak, distilled in February 2020 and aged for 4 years in our Breton cellars.

Bottled at 53.6° in June 2024, it is limited to 1200 bottles.

NOSE
Intense and rich. Medicinal notes (organic peat, camphor), sweet notes of orange jam, almost caramelized roasted peanuts.

PALATE
Very round | Notes of peat at first glance (fireplace, chestnuts roasted over a wood fire, cloves, camphor) then gourmet notes of marmalade, buckwheat honey and cocoa brought vy the Sherry Butt.

FINISH
Warm | On ashes and orange.
