Tasting notes

Colour: Amber.
Nose: Expressive and intense | Notes of exotic fruit and raisins. Pastry, elegant woodiness (fresh oak and vanilla).
Palate: Complex and round | Sweet exotic fruit, honey, liquorice and vanilla, a few notes of banana.
Finish: Long, with notes of toasted wood | Toast, red berries, a hint of pepper.
